Vintage Buchanan Boy Scouts America Uniform Patches Order of Arrow Fincastle VA

Some of the Patches are Order of the Arrow. The Scouts Uniform is apparently from The Buchanan Boy Scout Troop 131 from the area of Fincastle, VA. The items are "used" but look to be in great and well cared for condition.

I have not removed them from the frame to give everything close a inspection. The entire display measures approximately 18" x 30" x 2 1/2 and weighs about 10 pounds and 9 ounces. If I were to take guess on the size of the Uniform, it was for either a large boy or possibly an adult troop leader (not sure).
